Perform on site pre-inspection and deficiency reviews coordinate and conduct homeowner pre-occupancy orientations. Supervise part-time Customer Relations staffs during building handovers and events. Receive, review, and resolve homeowner home warranty inquires. Assist Sales Department during opening events, provide showroom tour and contract writing service.
