Oversees & manages entirety of project organizations. Provides consistent supports throughout. Leading overall sales gallery operations, ensuring the sites are optimized & structured to operate for years to come. Collaborating closely with varies of departments to tackle on daily operation items. Outsourcing vendors & trades to provide onsite maintenance services, reviewing their quotes, evaluate the quality of their services, and approve their invoices. Working closely on all project sales gallery’s budget planning; overseeing budget flows and throughout.
